All purchased classes and slots are final. Purchases are non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and upon the absolute discretion of Enco Studio management.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If the class is cancelled within the cancellation window, we reserve the right to charge you for the session(s) regardless. If you cancel before the cut-off time, you can reschedule for another session within the validity period. No refunds are allowed.
Please be aware of the validity period of the packages you have selected. Expiration dates will not be extended.
Price mentioned is nett. No admin fees or registration fees.
